FYP1 LOGBOOK WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT

DRAFT THE REPORT PROPOSAL AND COMPILE Week :       13 Date:        6th January  2023 Activity:  Draft the report proposal and compile. Content: In this week, I focused on documenting the report proposal, check the format, add acknowledgement to the report, check the list of content and make sure all of the content follow the order of the format. 

MEETING AND UPDATE THE PROGRESS Week :       12 Date:        30th  December 2022 Activity:  Meeting and update the progress to Supervisor. Objective: To show the progress of the proposal report. To ask for suggestion and opinion. Content: In this week, I have met with my supervisor, Dr Mohd Zaki Bin Ayob to discuss the progress and what I got from proposal defense presentation. For proposal defense presentation, the accessor like the proposed project, mostly they ask involving the methodology of the proposed project. For proposal report, I have changed a bit on the flowchart. Other Update: Circuit Diagram, I changed the name to System Diagram after discussed with my supervisor. Expected Result is added as chapter 4 to illustrate expected outcomes of the project. PROPOSAL DEFENSE PRESENTATION DAY Week :       11 Date:        21st  December 2022 Activity:  Presentation Proposal Defense Objective: To receive approval to proceed the project research. To get feedback and suggestions. Content: In this week, I needed to present my proposal for final year project to the accessor. Their will evaluate the proposal based on its significance, feasibility, and methodology, and will provide feedback and suggestion for revisions.  

PREPARING AND PRACTISING PRESENTATION FOR PROPOSAL DEFENSE Week :       10 Date:        14th,15th & 16th  December 2022 Activity:  Preparing the slide Practice Objective: To get ready for the presentation. Content: In this week, I focused on changing and preparing the material of the slide for the presentation. I am also practiced to delivering the presentation to my supervisor and my friends to get the feedback and suggestions.

MEETING WITH KOLEJ PERIKANAN'S STUDENTS, VISIT FRI AND PROPOSE THE PROJECT Week :       9 Date:        7th & 8th  December 2022 Activity:  Have a meeting with Kolej Perikanan's Students Visit Fisheries Research Institute Glami Lemi at Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia Propose the projects. Objective: To learn more about Aquaculture and Fisheries Industry. Seeking experience and knowledge Content: In this week, I had a meeting with students from Kolej Perikanan Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah Lumut, Perak. I learned a lot of new things related to the fisheries industry, not only involves taking care of fish but also shrimp and lobster. In this week also, I visited Fisheries Research Institute specialize in fresh water at Glami Lemi, Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. FYP PROPOSAL WORKSHOP FOR DEFENSE PRESENTATION Week :       8 Date:        30th  November 2022 Activity:  Listening to the FYP workshop Objective: To Learn & Understand what I need to prepare for Defense Presentation. Content: In this week, there was a workshop on Proposal Defense Presentation presented by Sir Mohamad Shaiful Osman. In this Workshop, focus on talking about: 1. Proposal Defense Presentation which will be conducted in the coming 11th week. The workshop topics explained about: Planning Preparing Practicing Presenting Planning: It is recommended that; the presenter need to focus on what problem are we trying to solve, link the points together while making sure the storyline is interesting and make sense for the audience, and for the closing, sum everything and restate the main points and the conclusion of the projects.
